Yummy!

It would be a shame if one come to shanghai and not try any of their local delicacies. Shanghainese food are generally different from the chinese food that we are all familiar with, the likes of kong pau chicken and kung fu noodle. Theirs are more rich with flavours, as a result of the witty usage of many herbs and spices. If korean have their kimichi and france have their escargots, shanghai is famous for their tastily weird cold dishes. Icy cold fried chicken tongue in sweet sauce, jelly fish salad and lotus stuffed with caramelized glutinous rice, are just a few that was served over dinner last night. On top of all this, there were also bowls of fish mouth soup, chicken joint stir fried, oil boiled beef, vege in peanut sauce and barbecue baby duck. Great food, nice atmosphere, fantastic view over looking the glittery oriental pearl tower and a much much better view of the man sitting across from me! Hihi...

He's a colleague of mine in shanghai. So NO. Cannot. It would be just to complicated. But still, he's kinda cute in a very boyish look. I like. I liKE!

dessert anyone?
